From constabulary to hospitality …
The Inn Collection Group, the multi-award-winning pubs with rooms operator, continues with ambitious plans to increase its portfolio to 40 sites by the end of 2022.
Recent openings include The Northallerton Inn, a former police station transformed into a cosy country pub following a multi-million-pound redevelopment.
A custody suite and cell have been converted into a restaurant and bar, equipped with a Cimbali M26 TE DT3 traditional coffee machine and Elective Grinder-Doser, serving up freshly brewed Ringtons Fortissimo Arabica coffee, hot chocolate, and Ringtons Gold Great Taste Award-winning tea.
The installation at Northallerton is part of an ongoing partnership with Ringtons Beverage for Business and Cimbali to transform the hot beverage offer across the estate as Gary Turner, Commercial Manager for The Inn Collection Group explained:
‘We are delighted to be continuing to use Ringtons and Cimbali which further confirms our inns as great places to enjoy a hot beverage, as well as delicious pub fayre.”
“We love that people spend time with us, whether it be catching up with friends, working, or just relaxing, the perfect hot drink aids their experience and the Cimbali machines allow us to offer this. We’re also looking forward to continuing the relations we’ve had with Ringtons for over the past decade, as we continue to expand as a company.
The Inn Collection Group, which has twice been named Best Pub Employer in the national Publican Awards, has inns in Northumberland, the Lake District, County Durham, North Tyneside, Wearside, Lancashire and North Wales.
