We recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley Palmer Watts, the renowned two star Michelin chef who was an integral part of Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck Group for over twenty years. Since leaving the Fat Duck Group in 2020, Ashley pursued other business interests before bringing his Michelin magic to the world of speciality coffee.
