We were delighted to host the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) UK annual ‘judges calibration’ at events@270 last weekend. Every year all SCA judges, both experienced and new recruits, undergo rigorous testing which involves written, technical and sensory exams and the judging of multiple full UKBC performances.
