La Cimbali demonstrate their Super Automatic S39 PGS coffee machine

This year at Hotelympia, as well as plenty of our traditional coffee machines on display at our stand, we will also be showcasing La Cimbali’s best selling Super Automatic machine – the S39, now featuring integral Perfect Grinding System – PGS.

The S39 with PGS, is designed for fast paced environments, where quick service and consistent in cup quality for demanding coffee drinkers, are a top priority.

The S39 espresso coffee machine achieves this because the grinder burrs are automatically adjusted throughout the working day, to ensure the quality of the finished drink is maintained, and the coffee consistently tastes as good as it should.

When things get busy checks are often forgotten about, and over time the quality of the coffee may deteriorate, so the new S39 PGS offers a failsafe way to deliver coffee to a pre-determined quality, without the need for regular checking and adjustments.

But the innovation of this coffee machine doesn’t stop there… the advanced technology includes La Cimbali’s patented Turbostream which allows the hands free heating and frothing of large volumes of milk, creating a dense and velvety cream. Plus, the patented Smart Boiler system significantly boosts steam and hot water capacity, which avoids a drop in output during peak times.
