Diego Campos wins Barista & Farmer 2018, the coffee culture talent show

Big congratulations to Colombian Diego Campos, the 28 year old national barista champion 2014 and 2016, who is the winner of the fourth edition of Barista & Farmer 2018, the only talent show dedicated to coffee culture.

For the first time, the talent show was won by a participant from the hosting country.

“It’s been the best experience of my life. I believe that this victory represents a better future for my country, and better opportunities for the farmers, and this is what I want for the future generations. Coffee, hospitality and beautiful people: this is Colombia” said Campos.

Barista & Farmer was conceived by Francesco Sanapo, multi award-winning champion barista, in collaboration with Italian Exhibition Group and SIGEP and is supported by La Cimbali, Faema, and Mumac Academy.
