Once you have taken delivery of a new La Cimbali professional coffee machine, expect a visit from our specialist After Sales Training Team whose sole focus is to help you get the most from your investment.
Team manager, Maxime Herbaut explains, “We are a young and dynamic team with a real passion for helping customers excel in the business of coffee.
“Site visits are a great opportunity for customers to brush up on their machine knowledge and know-how and we are delighted when the barista team is as engaged and enthusiastic as we are because our goal is to help the customer achieve excellence.
“We fill all the knowledge gaps so there is absolutely no reason why the customer cannot deliver great-tasting coffee every day.
“We guide the barista team through every aspect of the machine operation. From the basics, like how to operate and control the machine, switching up recipes, to workflow management and more complex areas such as pressure profiling in our top of the range traditional machines.
“With around 65% of machine breakdowns caused by poor maintenance, we encourage customers to follow a cleaning schedule with both end of day and regular ‘deep cleans’. Stale milk and coffee residues build up over time and affect coffee taste and machine performance so thorough cleaning is vital but it’s surprising how this is often neglected.
“With regular love and attention, there’s absolutely no reason why every customer should not enjoy delicious coffee and many, many years of uninterrupted service from their Cimbali. Our job is to help customers achieve just that.”
