Sharing coffee knowledge at Pret training day

The Pret Academy, London provides structured learning pathways for Team Pret and an impressive 7000 people completed a training course there last year alone.

As official coffee partner to Pret, we were delighted to be invited to take part in a training session on all things coffee as Max Herbaut, Cimbali’s National Sales and Training Manager explains:

“I was so pleased to be given the opportunity to share my knowledge at the Pret Academy. I delivered training to new recruits covering everything from milk prep, maintaining speed of service, quality issues, and cleaning and maintenance. These are essential everyday skills which are critical to maintaining the in-cup quality that Pret is renowned for.”
