One4Six opens for business

Brothers Giuseppe and Nick Iannelli opened their new gourmet 100 cover coffee shop at the Hale Leys shopping centre, Aylesbury on Saturday following a £200k refurbishment.  In effect they have expanded their existing site to take advantage of new retail space which had become available next door.

The guys deserve to do well.  They work very hard and have a natural entrepreneurial flair.  It’s a prime spot.  The site has an outside terrace which is right next door to a brand new children’s play area and en route to the local theatre so  it’s ideal for capturing passing trade.  Plus it has an in house ‘ice cream parlour’ with 18 flavours of artisan Italian style gelato all made on the premises.

With three other sites across Bucks the brothers seem to have hit on a magic formula.  Their success could be down to the coffee which is always great and this is because they have Cimbali PGS systems in all locations!
